Karey
T. Mayers has been a Labour Relations/Human
Resources Facilitator for over 30 years, and
is CEO of Mayers Consulting Service. She is
an Employment Standards Consultant and a Commissioner
for Oaths.
Ms.
Mayers has direct experience representing Government,
Corporate and Union organizations at both provincial
and national levels. Most notably, she was an
Employment Standards Officer with the Government
of Alberta.
Ms. Mayers has provided expertise to local,
regional and national organizations, including
Canada Post Corporation and TELUS Communications.
She specializes in mediation, collective bargaining,
Labour/Management consultation, grievance hearings,
national arbitration cases, and the interpretation
and administration of multiple collective agreements.
Karey has worked with the Canada Labour Code,
and Human Rights Legislation, including regulations
specific to Trade Occupations. |

Mayers Consulting Service offers several different Labour
Information Seminars and Training (L.I.S.T.) which deal
with real day-to-day problems such as unacceptable employee
behaviour. A customized course curriculum has been developed
specifically for clients to address issues such as Attendance
Management, Discipline and Discharge, Manager/Supervisor
Awareness, and Employer/Employee Relations.
Karey has been a guest speaker for several organizations
about Employment Laws. She also performs investigations
and employee interviews.
With Karey's extensive experience leading the way, Mayers
Consulting provides you with what you need to know and demonstrates
how to prevent the potential pitfalls that could arise with

is a Board member and an active member with both Cochrane
& Airdrie's Chambers of Commerce since 2007 in Alberta.
Karey believes in contributing to our communities to make
